The New Zealand Government has announced changes to the structure and level of support for film and television productions, including raising the baseline screen incentive for international film and television production to 20 per cent. These changes, together with New Zealand’s existing advantages will reinforce New Zealand’s attraction as a centre of significant international production, while also extending support for New Zealand productions.
Work completed at New Zealand’s Park Road Post Production and visual effects studio Weta Digital has been recognised in two international screen industry technical award events.
